Plummer & Lorraine Bailor have been in ministry for over 20 years. They are licensed and ordained ministers with the Foursquare Gospel Church and have served the Foursquare family in many areas. These include serving as Divisional Superintendent in the Mid-Atlantic District, and as senior pastors in various congregations in Maryland and Michigan. Currently, they are the senior pastors of the Refiner’s International Ministries, a Foursquare Gospel Church located in Whitsett, NC.
Plummer is originally from Sierra Leone in West Africa, and Lorraine is originally from Barbados in the West Indies. Their desire to strengthen and resource local churches worldwide has given them the privilege of being involved in international missions at various levels. They both operate in the fullness of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and have a strong commitment to discipleship and leadership development. Their belief in the concept of “One Heavenly Citizenship for All Who Believe” is reflected in their ability to transcend cultural and racial barriers with the gospel message through their ministry and preaching
